Invisalign Braces Before and After
These photos are from Chapel Dental patients who have completed Invisalign Go treatment. They show results achieved for mild to moderate crowding and spacing concerns, including cases where only one arch required treatment.
Every case is different. At your free consultation we will give you an honest picture of what is achievable for your specific situation – including how long treatment is likely to take and what your result could look like.
What Does Treatment Involve?
Invisalign Go treatment at Chapel Dental follows a clear process from start to finish. Our practice managers and nursing team are on hand throughout to guide you through each stage.
Free Consultation
One of our cosmetic dentists will examine your teeth, discuss your goals, and confirm whether Invisalign Go is suitable for your case. You will leave with a clear answer and a full cost, with no pressure to commit.
3D Digital Scan
If you decide to go ahead, we take a precise digital scan of your teeth. No physical impressions are needed. The scan is used to plan your tooth movements and generate a digital preview of your expected result.
Aligner fitting
Once your custom aligners are ready, your dentist will prepare your teeth with any necessary refinements before fitting your aligners and checking they fit comfortably and accurately. You’ll then be guided through how to wear, remove and care for your aligners throughout your treatment journey.
Progress Reviews
Review appointments are scheduled every four to six weeks. These are straightforward check-ins where we review the progress, assess for refinements and issue the next set of aligners.
Completion
When your final aligner is complete, we carry out your included professional whitening and fit your retainers. Your result is protected from the moment treatment ends.
How Long Does Invisalign Take?
Most Invisalign Go treatments at our Chapel-en-le-Frith practice are completed within three to nine months. The main factors are the complexity of your case and how consistently you wear the aligners.
Aligners need to be worn for 20 to 22 hours per day for treatment to stay on track. They come out for eating, drinking anything other than water, and cleaning your teeth. Patients who stick to this see results faster and avoid extending their treatment timeline unnecessarily.
Is Invisalign Go Right for You?
Invisalign Go works well for a range of mild to moderate concerns, including:
- Crowded or overlapping teeth
- Gaps between teeth
- Mild overbite or underbite
- Minor relapse after previous orthodontic treatment
Invisalign is not the right solution for every case, and we will never recommend it if it is not appropriate for your situation.
