Dental Implants

Full-arch options start at £15,500 for All-on-4, and your initial implant consultation is free. We offer single implants, same-day implants, full-arch treatments and implant-retained dentures.
What Are Dental Implants?
Implants are a long-term way to replace one tooth, several teeth or a full arch. Unlike a bridge, an implant does not rely on the neighbouring teeth, so the healthy teeth around the gap are left untouched. If you are weighing the two options, our guide to dental bridges vs implants explains the differences.
How Much Do Dental Implants Cost?
at Chapel Dental
Dental Implant Pricing
Every single implant price includes the whole treatment:
- The implant
- The abutment
- The crown
- Your treatment planning and 3D scan
A full breakdown of your expected costs is provided in writing before any treatment begins. Some cases need preparatory treatment such as bone grafting or a sinus lift, which we price individually at your consultation.
Flexible Payment Options
Finance is available to help spread the cost. We will talk through the options with you at your consultation.
A full assessment is carried out before treatment so you understand the procedure and final cost in advance.
Single Tooth Implants
A single implant is the standard way to replace one missing tooth, and at Chapel Dental Care it costs £2,995. That price covers the whole treatment: the implant, the abutment that connects it and the crown that sits on top. We quote for a finished tooth so there are no surprises.
Same-Day Dental Implants
For suitable patients, we offer same-day implants, also known as teeth in a day. This means a temporary set of teeth can be fitted on the same day your implants are placed, so you do not have to go without teeth while everything heals. Your final teeth are fitted once healing is complete.
Not everyone is a candidate for same-day treatment, and it depends on your bone and your individual case. Same-day implants are a safe, well-established approach when they are planned properly, which is why we assess your suitability carefully using a 3D scan before recommending them. We will always be honest about whether it is the right choice for you.
All-on-4 And All-on-6 Full Arch Implants
If you are missing most or all of your teeth in a jaw, All-on-4 dental implants replace a full arch using just four implants to support a fixed set of teeth, starting at £15,500. All-on-6 uses six implants for extra support, starting at £16,500. Both use a chrome cobalt hybrid framework for strength and durability.
A full arch of implants is a fixed, long-term alternative to conventional dentures, giving you teeth that stay in place and let you eat and speak with confidence.
Implant-Retained Dentures
If you wear dentures or are considering them, implants can hold them securely in place so they do not move or slip. We anchor implant-retained dentures using two, three or four implants depending on the support you need, priced from £6,500. These dentures are still removable for cleaning, but they clip firmly onto the implants for a much more stable and comfortable fit than dentures alone.
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a dental implant cost at Chapel Dental Care?
A single implant is £2,995, including the abutment and crown. Full-arch options start at £15,500 for All-on-4, and your initial consultation is free.
How long do dental implants last?
With good care and regular hygiene visits, a dental implant can last around 25 years and often a lifetime, because the post fuses with the jawbone and behaves like a natural root.
Are same day dental implants safe?
Yes, when they are properly planned. Same day implants are a well-established approach for suitable patients, and we assess your bone with a 3D scan before recommending them to make sure they are right for you.
Are dental implants available on the NHS?
In most cases, no. Implants are only available on the NHS in rare situations, usually after serious injury or medical treatment, so for most people they are a private treatment. You can read more in our guide to how much dental implants cost.
Does it hurt to have a dental implant placed?
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you should not feel pain during placement. Any discomfort afterwards is usually mild and settles within a few days.
What if I do not have enough bone for an implant?
This is common and manageable. A bone graft or sinus lift can rebuild or create the space needed, and we assess this with a 3D scan before planning your treatment.
When You Might Need Bone Grafting Or A Sinus Lift
Sometimes there is not enough bone to hold an implant securely, and a little preparation is needed first. The two most common procedures are bone grafting, which rebuilds bone where it has been lost, and a sinus lift, which gently creates space in the upper jaw so an implant can be placed safely.
A sinus lift can often be carried out at the same time as placing the implant, while more involved cases may need a short period of healing first. We use 3D CBCT imaging to assess your bone before recommending anything, so any preparatory treatment is planned precisely and priced individually at your consultation.
Why Choose Chapel Dental Care For Implants?
We use a range of leading implant systems and select the most suitable one for you, based on your bone, your anatomy and your long-term goals, rather than fitting everyone to the same product. Every treatment starts with a free consultation and a 3D scan, so your plan is based on a clear picture of your mouth from the outset.
We are also transparent about cost from the start. You will receive a clear, written quote before anything goes ahead, with no hidden extras added later.
