Apprentice Trainee Dental Nurse

Chapel Dental Care requires a friendly, hardworking individual who must have Maths and English GCSE grade C and above, be able to work full time in the UK as an apprentice trainee dental nurse in a busy, forward thinking dental practice. Excellent career development opportunities and support provided from the Head Nurse Jessica Bastock and Total People.

Full training will be provided to the successful applicant You will be required to be immunised against hepatitis B Daily duties will include:

  • Providing chair side assistance to the dentist.
  • Preparing and maintaining the clinical environment
  • Sterilisation of dental instruments
  • Record keeping
  • Reception duties
  • Patient care and welfare of the patients

Hours: 24 Hours per week

Apprentice type: Dental Nursing NVQ level 3

GDC Qualified dental nurse (Part time)

Chapel Dental Care is looking to recruit a part time qualified nurse, highly motivated qualified GDC registered Dental Nurse to join their dynamic team.

The individual must be conscientious, able to work as part of a team and or under their own initiative and always provide the highest standards of treatment delivery and patient care. The individual must be prepared to work hard and deliver very high personal standards in the delivery of patient care, treatment and cross infection control at all times.

Excellent training and development opportunities and working environment.
Core duties will include working chairside with a team of Dentists, Therapists and Hygienists and occasionally some reception duties.

Completed GDC registration and certificate
Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
DBS (previously known as CRB)
Proof of right to work in the UK

The position is part time:
Monday – 8.30 -5.30
Wednesday 8.30 – 5.30
and Thursday 8.30 – 5.30

Salary negotiable dependant on skills and experience
